Big on breakfast? Love some lunch? Devout on dinner? Food is awesome, but sometimes it can be a little tough to fit proper meals around our busy lives. That’s why we thought it would be a good idea to create this fantastic five day meal plan featuring a series of salad stars to help keep you on track and feeling good.

These recipes have been hand-picked to bring you light, fresh and nutrient-packed meals (with a couple of treats) that are easy to make and totally tasty. We have you covered from Monday morning right through to Friday night – give it a go and let us know how you get along!
