Spicy Saag Aloo with Spinach Leaves 

Impress your guests this bonfire night by serving up our spicy saag aloo and watch their attention stay firmly on the dinner table instead of the sky. Gently fry an onion until soft and then add the fresh aromatics of garlic, chilli, ginger and spices to season your saag with traditional and pungent Indian flavours. Stir in potato and cook for 10-15 minutes before adding the spinach for the final few minutes and watch it wilt until tender.
 

Courgette, Peppercress & Ricotta Soup

Our super-healthy courgette, peppercress and ricotta soup is the perfect complement to an evening gazing out into the skies this Guy Fawkes night. Heat roughly chopped onion, carrot and courgette in a pan with a little vegetable oil until lightly golden and soft before tossing in a handful or two of earthy peppercress to give the base of your soup a subtle but satisfying kick. Add vegetable stock and simmer for 20 minutes before finally freshening with ricotta cheese and lemon.
 

Peppercress Hummus

Transform this popular savoury snack with the punchy notes of peppercress for an easy but impressive appetiser that can be made in minutes. Blitz together drained chickpeas with tahini, half a zesty lemon, peppercress, garlic and oil until smoothed out into a creamy mixture. Keep adding water and seasoning until the hummus reaches your desired consistency and serve with roughly chopped warm slices of pitta sprinkled lightly with oil and sea salt.
 

Quinoa Salad with Broccoli & Asparagus

Take iron-rich broccoli and asparagus and blanch for 2 minutes in well salted water before quickly transferring to a bowl of ice water to prevent overcooking.
