Simply add your favourite fruit and juice.

Ingredients

Spinach, Beetroot, Carrot, Ruby Chard with a sachet of Sunflower, Pumpkin & Hemp seeds with dried Blueberries.

Nutrition

High in Folic Acid. Source of Vitamin A & C.

Serving Size

Serves 1 to 2

Instructions

Smoothie Mix: Pour Into Blender
1. Remove seed sachet from bag, tip salad into blender.

Smoothie Mix: Add Seeds
2. Add contents of seed sachet to blender.

Smoothie Mix: Add Fruit Juice
3. Just add 300ml of your favourite juice & fruit. See recipe ideas below.

Smoothie Mix: Blend
4. Blend for 60 to 90 seconds to your preferred consistency & smoothness. Serve and enjoy.
