Well, what else would you call an expert in growing lovely, tasty salad leaves? OK, the technical term is agronomist. The point is we’ve got a whole team of them at Florette. They help our farmers choose the right salad varieties to grow by looking at things like growing time, resistance to disease and pests and how much water the crop needs. It’s all clever stuff.

It’s their role in life to inspire us with wonderful combinations of delicious salad leaves. What a job!
