Q. What’s the promotion all about?

A. Florette are running a competition to win a limited edition salad bowl, exclusively designed by Jessica Hogarth. 100 lucky winners will win every day for 28 days through pre-allocated Winning Moments – for your chance to win, purchase a promotional pack with a unique code and enter here: www.florettesalad.co.uk/salad-bowl-giveaway

Q. Who can enter?

A. Anyone aged 16+ who lives in the UK or Republic of Ireland.

Q. When does the promotion start and when does it end?

A. The promotion starts 00:01am on 2nd May 2016 and ends 11.59pm on 29th May 2016.

Q. How will I know if I’ve won?

A.You will be notified immediately on screen. To secure your prize, you must complete all entry steps.

Q. What do I need to enter?

A. You will need to purchase a promotional pack of either Florette Superfood Salad 120g or Florette Classic Crispy Salad 170g. You will find your unique code on the stickered label, which can be found on-pack. You will also need to take a clear picture of your receipt or bag of salad for proof of purchase. Make sure your picture is readily available on the device in which you’re entering on.

Q. Where can I purchase these promotional packs?

A. These are available in participating retailers.

Q. How do I enter?

A. Simply visit www.florettesalad.co.uk/salad-bowl-giveaway and enter your unique on-pack code. If you have won, you will need to enter all required contact information and upload a picture of your proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad) directly to the browser.

Q. What is my proof of purchase?

A. Your proof of purchase is the receipt that shows you have purchased either between 2nd May 2016 and 29th May 2016 Florette Superfood Salad 120g or Florette Classic Crispy Salad 170g.

Q. Do I need to take a picture of the whole receipt or bag of salad?

A. Yes – all of the receipt or all of the bag of salad needs to be clearly visible.

Q. How will I know if my proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad) has been validated?

A. You will be notified via email within 24 hours.

Q. What does the unique code look like?

A. Each unique code consists of 10 digits comprising a combination of letters and numbers e.g.
123ABC456D

Q. My code doesn’t work/I can’t read my code, what should I do?

A. Please email customer services to explain the problem, we will aim to respond within 24 hours. You can email us by clicking here and including all requested information.

Q. I entered my unique code and won, but before I submitted my contact information or uploaded my proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad) I left the browser window/my device crashed/there was a technical problem – what should I do?

A. Please email customer services to explain the problem, we will aim to respond within 24 hours. You can email us by clicking here and including all requested information.

Q. I no longer have my receipt or bag of salad – what do I do?

A. In order to enter the competition, you will need your unique on-pack code. If you win, you will need to upload your proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad) for us to verify your win. Unfortunately, without these you cannot enter or claim a prize. You can still enter by purchasing another promotional pack and retaining your receipt.

Q. There’s something wrong with the website and I’m having trouble entering my code/uploading my receipt/entering my information, what should I do?

A. Please email customer services to explain the problem, we will aim to respond within 24 hours. You can email us by clicking here and including all requested information.

Q. I don’t have an email address/camera to take a picture of my proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad), what do I do?

A. You can enter via mail by posting the following information in a stamped envelope to Florette Win Salad Bowl, 12-16 Laystall Street, EC1R 4PF, London, UK:
You proof of purchase (receipt or empty bag of salad),
Unique code found on-pack,
Full name,
Address (this is the address we’ll post your prize to if you win),
Telephone contact number,
Email address.
We will enter the draw on your behalf. If you have won, you will receive your prize within 28 days.

Q. I received an email to say my proof of purchase couldn’t be validated – why?

A. Your proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad) may have not been validated because your receipt or bag of salad wasn’t visible in the image uploaded or the receipt didn’t include the correct information. Your proof of purchase may not have been validated due to a breach in our terms and conditions, you can view them here. If you think there has been a mistake, you can reply to the email and attach your proof of purchase, or you can email us by clicking here and including all requested information.

Q. I entered the wrong contact information/my contact details have changed, what should I do?

A. We will need the correct information to notify you of your validated proof of purchase (receipt or bag of salad) and to send you your prize to the correct address. If you have entered this information incorrectly or this information has changed, please email us as soon as possible by clicking this link and including all requested information.

Q. Is there a limit to the amount of unique codes I can enter per day?

A. Yes – one entry per person and per unique email address per day.

Q. When will I receive my prize?

A. You will receive your limited edition salad bowl within 28 days of your proof of purchase being validated. If you haven’t received your bowl, please email us by clicking this link and be sure to include your unique code.
