Beetroot and Spinach Tart

An healthy, fuss free lunch which looks as good as it tastes.

Serves: 2 – 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Florette Naturally Tasty Beetroot
  • 1 bag of Florette Baby Spinach
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • a sprig of thyme chopped finely
  • a handful of chopped hazelnuts

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
  2. Wilt the spinach, remove the excess moisture and arrange on the puff pastry sheet
  3. slice the beetroot and arrange on top
  4. sprinkle with thyme and hazelnuts
  5. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes
