Ingredients
- 1 bag of Florette Naturally Tasty Beetroot
- 1 bag of Florette Baby Spinach
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- a sprig of thyme chopped finely
- a handful of chopped hazelnuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
- Wilt the spinach, remove the excess moisture and arrange on the puff pastry sheet
- slice the beetroot and arrange on top
- sprinkle with thyme and hazelnuts
- Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes
