Ingredients
- Cooked pasta of your choice
- 1 bag of Florette Naturally Tasty Beetroot
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- red chilli flakes, to taste
- juice from half a lemon
- a pinch of salt
- feta cheese
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
- a few walnuts, chopped
Method
- Blend Beetroot with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir blended pesto mix through your favourite cooked pasta
- Top with feta, a sprinkling of dill and chopped walnuts and serve warm
