Beetroot Pesto Pasta

  • Cooked pasta of your choice
  • 1 bag of Florette Naturally Tasty Beetroot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • red chilli flakes, to taste
  • juice from half a lemon
  • a pinch of salt
  • feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped
  • a few walnuts, chopped


  1. Blend Beetroot with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chilli flakes, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir blended pesto mix through your favourite cooked pasta
  3. Top with feta, a sprinkling of dill and chopped walnuts and serve warm
