Lentil, Beetroot and Feta Salad


  • 1 pack puy lentils
  • Whole grain mustard dressing
  • Handful toasted walnuts
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 20gms feta
  • 3 cooked beetroots sliced
  • 1 bag of Florette Crispy


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and top your salad with the wholegrain mustard dressing and a handful of toasted walnuts.
