A quick and easy salad to make, using our Classic Crispy leaves. Perfect for any time of year.

Serves: 2 as a main, or 4 as a side
- 1 bag of Florette Classic Crispy Salad
- ½ yellow bell pepper, finely sliced
- 5 salad radishes, sliced
- 1 carrot, ends removed, peeled and shaved into strips
- ¼ cucumber, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Empty the Florette Classic Crispy Salad into a large bowl
- Scatter the pepper, radish, carrot and cucumber on top of the salad leaves
- To make the dressing, mix the olive oil and lemon juice
- To serve, drizzle the salad with dressing and gently toss to coat all ingredients in the dressing.
