Crunchy Carrot, Radish, Cucumber and Yellow Pepper Salad

A quick and easy salad to make, using our Classic Crispy leaves. Perfect for any time of year.

Serves: 2 as a main, or 4 as a side


  • 1 bag of Florette Classic Crispy Salad
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 5 salad radishes, sliced
  • 1 carrot, ends removed, peeled and shaved into strips
  • ¼ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ a lemon


  1. Empty the Florette Classic Crispy Salad into a large bowl
  2. Scatter the pepper, radish, carrot and cucumber on top of the salad leaves
  3. To make the dressing, mix the olive oil and lemon juice
  4. To serve, drizzle the salad with dressing and gently toss to coat all ingredients in the dressing.
