Using some great superfoods such as kale and blueberries, this breakfast idea packs in more crunch than a regular smoothie.
- 1 Handful of Granola
- 1 Handful of Kale
- 1 Punnet of Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- ½ Cup of Almond Milk (can add more to loosen)
- Put all of the kale, half of the fresh blueberries and the peeled banana in a blender and blitz together with the almond milk.
- Take a bowl, add the granola and the blended mix then add the remaining fresh blueberries on top.
