Kale, Blueberry & Granola Smoothie Bowl

Want something a little different for breakfast, or perhaps even a delicious nutritious snack to keep you going through the day? Take a look at this super healthy twist on a smoothie! Using some great superfoods such as kale and blueberries, this breakfast idea packs in more crunch than a regular smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 Handful of Granola
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • 1 Punnet of Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ Cup of Almond Milk (can add more to loosen)

Directions

  1. Put all of the kale, half of the fresh blueberries and the peeled banana in a blender and blitz together with the almond milk.
  2. Take a bowl, add the granola and the blended mix then add the remaining fresh blueberries on top.
