Smoked Salmon & Chilli Avocado Salad Recipe

Give your next meal a fresh and lively kick with our delicious smoked salmon and chilli avocado salad recipe, made with crème fraiche and healthy rye bread for a fantastic blend of Asian and Scandinavian cuisine.


  • 1 and a 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tsp Creme Fraiche
  • 1/2 Red Chilli (no seeds)
  • 1 Cooked Beetroot
  • 1 Slice of Rye Bread
  • 1 Handful of Florette Leaves
  • 1 Lemon


  1. Prepare the avocado and mash until chunky with a little crème fraiche and chilli (if you wanted to be interesting you could add Wasabi for an extra Asian-inspired kick!)
  2. Dice the beetroot into small cubes and slice the rye bread
  3. Dress the salad leaves with a squeeze of lemon, 1 tsp olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt
  4. Serve everything on a plate in individual sections with a wedge of lemon
