Baby Kale Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Jam packed with energizing ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Handful of Florette Baby Kale
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Small Handful of Cashews
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • 1 Small Handful Fresh Mint (5-8 leaves)
  • 2 Glasses of Almond Milk

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz.
  2. Let the blade run for 3 – 5 minutes until the liquid is smooth.
  3. Serve immediately in a long glass and enjoy!
