  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Water or Nut Milk of Choice
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 2 Handfuls of Florette Duo with Rocket


  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
