Bruschetta with Avocado & Smoked Salmon Recipe


  • Florette Classic Crispy
  • 1 Ciabatta (Sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Avocados
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp of Mixed Seeds
  • Pea Shoots (for the Garnish)


  1. Slice and toast the ciabatta, and drive with a little olive oil.
  2. Stone and place the flesh of the avocado in a bowl and roughly mix with the lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  3. Top the ciabatta with the avocado, peppery crispy leaves and smoked salmon.
  4. Garnish with the mixed seeds and pea shoots, and serve!
