- 80g of Florette Mixed Salad
- 4 Large Sundried Tomatoes
- ½ Can of Mixed beans
- 2 Spring Onions
- 40g Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
- Roughly chop the spring onions into small pieces.
- Mix together with the beans and the mixed salad and toss in a bowl.
- Sprinkle over the feta cheese and serve for a simple but delicious lunch!
