Left Over Turkey Salad with Diced Apples

Ingredients

  • Florette Classic Crispy Salad
  • 200g Cooked Turkey
  • Sunflower Seed Kernels
  • 50g Raisins
  • 2 Small Apples (cored and diced)
  • 50ml Mayonnaise
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)

Directions

  1. In a salad bowl, combine the turkey, 50g roasted sunflower seeds, raisins, apple and salad leaves.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, water and seasoning
  3. Divide the salad between two plates and drizzle over the dressing
  4. Serve with a refreshing glass of dry white wine, go on its Christmas!
