Mixed Salad with Cheshire Cheese & Strawberries


  • Florette Mixed Salad
  • 80g Wild Rocket Leaves
  • 200g Fresh Strawberries
  • 150g Cheshire Cheese
  • 40g Chopped Toasted Hazelnuts
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp Light Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Sugar


  1. Distribute the mixed salad leaves between four plates.
  2. Slice the strawberries into thin slices, and scatter over the salads. Then crumble over the cheshire cheese.
  3. Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing and  then drizzle over the plates
  4. Scatter over the toasted nuts and serve immediately ideally with a chilled glass of Chardonnay!
