Oriental Duck Salad with Duo Leaves

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Florette Lamb’s Lettuce and Ruby Chard
  • 2 Duck Breasts
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 Radishes
  • 1 Orange (cut into segments)
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • Cucumber (sliced)
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 4 Shallots
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey
  • Ginger

Directions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing 2 tablespons of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of honey and grated ginger together.
  2. Arrange the salad leaves on a plate, layer with radishes, cucumber, orange segments, sugar snaps and avocado.
  3. Arrange the sliced duck breast on top of the salad and sprinkle with deep fried crispy shallots
  4. Drizzle with sesame dressing to serve!
