Camembert with Roast Garlic, Lambs Lettuce & Chard



  1. Place cut heads of whole garlic in foil, drizzle with olive oil wrap in foil and bake for about 1 hour at 400 F
  2. Add Camembert to a small cast iron skillet to warm for about 5 mins or until cheese barely begins to melt
  3. Slice bread and serve with garlic and cheese
  4. Arrange garlic, cheese, bread and salad leaves on a board and serve
