- 1 Bag of Florette Mixed Salad
- 1 Pack of Smoked Mackerel
- 1 Pack of Ready to Eat Quinoa
- A Handful of Mixed Seeds
- 1 Pack of Cooked Beetroot (Natural)
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
- ½ Cucumber
- Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber and beetroot into small chunks.
- Combine with the smoked mackerel and quinoa and place them into a bowl.
- Toss all the ingredients together with the Florette mixed salad leaves until everything is mixed together.
- Sprinkle the mixed seeds on top and serve!
